What's the repair process like?
Our jewelry repair process is simple. 1. Stop into one of our showrooms with the piece you need repaired. 2. We’ll inspect the item and assess what needs to be done. 3. Our team will provide you with both a cost and time estimate. 4. Once the estimate is approved, we’ll move forward to complete the necessary repairs. 5. We return your jewelry to you!
How much will it cost?
The majority of our repairs cost approximately $25-$200. Multiple factors can impact the end cost of a jewelry repair considerably. To receive an accurate estimate, stop by one of our stores with your piece of jewelry so we can inspect what needs to be done.
Is there anything you won’t work on?
Unfortunately, we can’t work with jewelry that is made with tungsten or titanium.
Will you still work on my piece even if I didn’t purchase it from R.F. Moeller?
Of course! Our repair team works with all types of jewelry regardless of where it was purchased.
