Sales Executive (Full-Time)
R.F. Moeller Jeweler is currently seeking a full-time Sales Executive.

What You'll Do:
- Sales: Assist customers with enthusiasm, becoming familiar with current merchandise.
- Customer Service: Greet clients courteously and professionally, fostering relationships with new and established clients.
- Follow-Up: Respond to sales leads and client requests promptly, using R.F. Moeller Jeweler Selling Standards.
- Client Building: Use a client book, referrals, thank you cards, and social involvement to build a customer following.
- Merchandise Knowledge: Maintain familiarity with all merchandise and vendor knowledge.
- Special Orders: Place and track special orders with vendors.
- Additional Duties: Gift wrap, manage sales and repair jobs, set up and tear down cases, answer phones, respond to web inquiries, and follow security guidelines.
- Morning Setup: Participate in general setup of displays and assigned duties.
- Communication: Check email, voicemail, and company text messages daily.
- Professional Development: Achieve at least your Registered Jeweler (RJ) certification from AGS.

About You:
- Fine Jewelry Sales: At least one year of experience.
- Detail-Oriented & Results-Driven: Demonstrates a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent Communication: Has exceptional communication and follow-up skills.
- Client-Focused: Passionate about exceeding client expectations and building lasting relationships.
- Willingness to Grow: Eager to grow professionally; gemological raining is a plus but not required.

Shipping/Receiving & Inventory Coordinator (Full-Time)
R.F. Moeller Jeweler is currently seeking a full-time Shipping/Receiving & Inventory Coordinator in our Saint Paul office.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Coordinator to support daily operations in our family-owned and operated jewelry business. This role is responsible for accurately receiving, shipping, tracking, and entering inventory for high-value merchandise including finished jewelry, loose gemstones, and components. The ideal candidate is organized, precise, and comfortable working with small, valuable items in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Receive incoming shipments of jewelry, gemstones, and materials; verify contents
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including secure packaging of high-value items
- Coordinate with carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, armored services, etc.)
- Accurately enter and update inventory records in the company’s inventory management system
- Assign SKU numbers, item descriptions, weights, materials, and values
- Maintain precise counts of finished goods, work-in-progress, and components
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations
- Follow strict security protocols for handling valuable merchandise
- Maintain confidentiality regarding
inventory values, vendors, and clients - Coordinate with production, sales,
and accounting teams - Assist with special projects, inventory counts, and reporting as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or logistics (jewelry or luxury goods preferred)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Comfortable handling small, high-value items
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or ERP systems
- Ability to lift and move small packages (typically under 25 lbs)
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Jewelry industry experience (finished jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, or precious metals)
- Familiarity with inventory systems such as Excel, NetSuite, SAP, or jewelry-specific software
- Knowledge of shipping insured or international high-value goods
