Video Voiceover: Every couple is unique in their own right. And the custom engagement ring really allows them to also have a unique piece of jewelry that’s one of a kind – just like they’re relationship. They’ll come in and meet with one of our sales staff who are very good at getting the details. And really understanding what it is that our client is wanting us to build for them. And I will take that and make a computer aided design for the client. They can also view a 3D printed model which will be a true representation of what their finished piece will look like. Once the design has been approved then at that point is when we cast the model into gold or platinum. From there we polish the ring, set all the gemstones, and then give it a final polish and it’s finished. It’s just really fun to see a piece from beginning to end and create something that’s beautiful, and enduring, and going to last. Pieces that are going to be handed down from one generation to the next.

How Does the Custom Jewelry Design Process Work?
1. Tell Us What You Like
We begin by meeting with you to learn more about your ideas and vision for your custom jewelry piece. Once we understand what you’re hoping to do, we will provide an estimate for creating your jewelry.
2. Digital Design
Using Computer Aided Design (CAD) technology, our in-house designer expertly brings your design to life. Her CAD is your first glimpse of what will soon become your custom piece of jewelry.
3. 3D Modeling
After you’ve approved the designs, our design team creates a 3D model of your jewelry to inspect the final piece’s actual size and shape. This will allow you to examine all the tactile features to ensure every detail is precise.
4. Creation
Once the 3D model has been approved, molten metal is injected into a mold created by burning out the model.
5. Final Touches
After the rough casting is removed from the mold, we polish the piece and set the gemstones by hand. Finishing work is then meticulously completed to ensure your piece will look stunning for many years to come.
6. Completion
You are presented with your new custom jewelry!

How long will it take?
Due to the precise nature of the custom jewelry design, it typically takes one month to complete a custom piece. This timeline can extend during higher volume seasons like the holidays.

YES! We strongly believe in including our clients in each stage of the process to ensure you receive exactly what you’ve been dreaming of. We encourage you to provide feedback and ask questions.
To get started, you’ll first meet with a member of our design team to discuss your ideas. You can show us photos of other pieces that you like, pull up your Pinterest board, or browse other pieces in the store for inspiration. You will then receive an in-person price estimate for completing your project. To get a sense of what the finished piece will look like, our designer creates a life-like rendering of your piece for you to inspect.
