Pantone Color of the Year 2021

Each year, the Pantone Color Institute chooses a color of the year. For 2021, the institute has selected two colors: Ultimate Gray and Illuminating. According to Pantone, this combination is “a marriage of color conveying a message of strength and hopefulness that is both enduring and uplifting.”

What we love about this combination is that it is very versatile and can bring joy! In jewelry this can mean pairing sterling silver, white gold, or platinum with warm yellow gold. Or accenting bright yellow diamonds with classic white diamonds.
