How does looking for an engagement ring work at R.F. Moeller?

Along the way, our experts will also walk you through our Diamond Presentation so you can feel informed and confident about your diamond selection.
From there, it’s time to select a center diamond or gemstone. Pick out a ring from our case, personalize a ring by swapping out the metal color, or talk through ideas for a custom-designed engagement ring.
Does R.F. Moeller handle jewelry and watch repairs?
Yes! We have two watchmakers and six goldsmiths in-house who can repair almost every watch or piece of jewelry. Because these expert team members are in-house, we can do most repairs on-site, giving you extra peace of mind and allowing us to get your precious jewelry or watch back to you quickly. How much does it cost to size a ring? How long does it take?
A few factors determine individual ring sizing cost, including:
- the type of metal
- whether we’re sizing the ring up or down
- necessary repairs that result from the ring sizing
Bring your ring into our store or make an appointment for a free consultation. You will receive a quote before we start any work, so you know what to expect. Ring sizing is typically completed within 5-7 days.
Do you offer financing?
Yes! We offer both 6-month and 12-month special financing through Wells Fargo.
Does R.F. Moeller change watch batteries?
Yes! We can change watch batteries while you shop.
Do you do appraisals?
When will I receive my online order?
Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 11:00 AM CST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST Thursday through Monday will be shipped Tuesday. If a ring needs to be sized, this will add 3-5 days.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we do offer complimentary gift wrapping. We are also happy to include a handwritten note on your behalf. Let us know what to include in the order instructions.
If I order online, can I pick up at a store instead of having my order shipped to me?
Absolutely! You have the option to select a store location for pick up during checkout.
Are all of your jewelry items in stock?
If an item is listed as in stock on our website, it is almost certainly available. Every in-stock item on our website is also available in our brick-and-mortar stores, so there is a minimal chance that an item sells in one of our stores and isn’t removed from the website immediately. In the unlikely event that this occurs, we will notify you within the next business day and refund your purchase.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! We offer a free lifetime warranty for your engagement ring and wedding bands, including free ring sizing.
The majority of our watches come with a 3-5 year factory warranty.
Do you offer lab grown diamonds?
At R.F. Moeller, we exclusively offer natural diamonds. One of the most important reasons is because natural diamonds do so much good for the world!
