Why Natural Diamonds?

We work exclusively with natural diamonds for many reasons. One of the most important being because natural diamonds do so much good for the world.

At R.F. Moeller, we believe that a diamond is an investment that you should be able to give and receive proudly. The infrastructure that natural diamond mining brings to the mining communities ensures job and economic stability, better healthcare and education, and supports conservation efforts.

The People

Diamond companies, like De Beers Group, have established many programs and initiatives to support those living in the diamond mining communities. This includes:

• Creating job opportunities – both in the diamond mines and cultivating skills to empower people to work in other industries

• Creating initiatives to help women become successful entrepreneurs

• Building and sustaining schools

• Supporting initiatives to make schools accessible to girls

• Providing healthcare

• Setting communities up for success so that they can thrive beyond the life of the mine

The Environment & Natural World

Diamond companies, like De Beers Group, have established many programs and initiatives to preserve the natural world. This includes:

• Initiatives to become carbon neutral

• Protecting the natural world

• Setting aside six hectares of land dedicated to conservation for every hectare of land used for mining

• Conservation efforts include rhino, elephant, and cheetah conservation
