Complimentary Maintenance

During the first 5 years of enjoying your piece, we will happily take care of these repairs for free:

• Ring Sizing: Ring sizes can change over time, so we offer free sizing of your rings purchased from R.F. Moeller Jeweler.
• Rhodium Plating: This means making white gold look white again. So we will rhodium plate your white gold jewelry within the first 5 years of your enjoyment of the piece.
• Prong Tightening: Occasionally, the prongs can get loose on gemstones from everyday wear. We’ll happily tighten these for you so you can continue wearing your ring without the worry that a stone may fall out.
• Accent Diamond Replacement: If one of your small accent diamonds (up to 0.25ct) falls out, we will find a 4Cs match and replace it for free.

You want your jewelry to sparkle like the day you received it. Stop into either of our locations for a complimentary cleaning at anytime.

Complimentary Inspections (for Life!)

We are always happy to check over your jewelry to make sure that your gemstones are tight, the prongs look good, and that there are no repair needs.

Is anything excluded?

Lost, stolen, or damaged jewelry is excluded. We strongly encourage anyone, whether they’re an R.F. Moeller client or not, to have insurance for your jewelry.

Insurance guarantees that you will be able to receive a replacement of your jewelry at the same quality that you originally purchased. Many of our clients work with Jewelers Mutual Insurance Group to insure their jewelry. We have a great relationship with them and would be happy to connect you.

Center Gemstone

It’s always a good idea to insure your jewelry. Should the unfortunate happen, and your center stone fall out, we will work with your insurance company to find a gemstone that is the same cut, color, clarity, and size of your original.
